COMPLETE OVERVIEW
Standard Residential Home Inspection
A home inspection is an objective visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a house, from the roof to the foundation. On average, a single-family home inspection usually takes 2-4 hours to complete, though this is heavily dependent on the size and condition of the home. After the inspection process, the inspector will send the client an inspection report (within 24 hours) that covers their findings, complete with pictures, analysis, and recommendations.
Our company follows ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) standards and FABI (Florida Association of Building Inspectors) standards. We are knowledgeable and thoroughly trained home inspectors committed to providing comprehensive and detailed reports. All residential home inspections include the following:
Condition of the home’s heating system; central air conditioning system
Interior plumbing system
Electrical system
The roof (inspected visually if possible and with a drone)
Attic and visible insulation (we use a thermal imaging camera to detect hidden moisture and energy loss within the conditioned areas of the home)
Walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors
Foundation, basement and structural components
